Welcome to Email Tech Support! Your access and use of the Email Tech Support website located at www.emailtechsupport.info (the “Site”) and features, products, and services provided by Email Tech Support, Inc. (“Email Tech Support,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through the Site (individually and collectively, the “Service”) are subject to the terms and conditions in these Terms of Service (these “Terms”). These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Email Tech Support and are sometimes referred to herein as the “Agreement.”
By agreeing to these Terms, you expressly agree to arbitration of all disputes as further described in Section 19 below. You and Email Tech Support agree to arbitrate solely on an individual basis, and that these Terms do not permit class arbitration, or any claims brought as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative arbitration proceeding
1. Services Provided
Email Tech Support offers a platform where individuals or businesses seeking technical support services for email-related problems (“Customer”) can connect with a qualified individual providing technical support services (“Tech”). The Service allows Customers to select desired services and schedule a time for the Tech to perform on-demand technical support services (a “Booking”). Users, including Customers and Techs, collectively referred to as “Users,” access the Services through the Site, collectively referred to as the “Platform.”
2. Eligibility and Agreement
By agreeing to these Terms, including by a click-through or other agreement, or by using any aspect of the Platform, you acknowledge that (a) you have read these Terms and agree to all of their terms and conditions, (b) you are 18 years of age or older, (c) you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement, and (d) if you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of an entity, you have the authority to act on behalf of that entity and to bind that entity to this Agreement.
3. Communication
You agree to receive all communications, agreements, and notices electronically, including by e-mail, SMS text message, or by posting them on the Site or otherwise making them available through the Platform. All electronic communications provided by Email Tech Support satisfy any legal requirement for written communication.
4. Updates
Email Tech Support may update these Terms at any time, and the updated version will be posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Platform after the updated Terms are posted signifies your acceptance of the changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.
5. Provision of the Platform
You are responsible for any Internet connection, data usage, and telecommunications fees when accessing the Platform. Email Tech Support may make changes to any aspect of the Platform without prior notice.
6. Termination of the Platform
Email Tech Support reserves the right to deny access to the Platform, stop providing any aspect of the Platform, or restrict use at any time, without prior notice, for any reason or no reason. If access to your Account is disabled, you may be prevented from accessing the Platform and related materials.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in accordance with the version of these Terms in place at the time the dispute arose. Disputes are subject to arbitration on an individual basis, and class arbitration is not permitted.
